Zeman New York is pleased to offer a repair service for products purchased from our online store or an authorized retailer.  Please contact us for more information regarding the return procedure.  Please note that the original sales receipt is required for repairs.  

 

If the damage is a result of normal use, we will repair the product free of charge, however, this warranty does not cover theft or misuse.  At this time we are unable to offer repair service to products purchased through unauthorized retailers.
