
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from Zeman New York. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within ten (10) days of the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:

Must be unused, and in the same condition in which it was received by you.

Must have all disposable seals intact and attached.

Must have hang tags still attached.

Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories.

Must be sent in its original packaging.
We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Sale-priced Products, or Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of the order, are final sale and cannot be returned, and Zeman New York will not issue any credit towards the return of said Product.
Receipt of Products
If Product(s) purchased on zemannewyork.com is received damaged, the Customer must notify Client Services immediately within forty-eight (48) hours by email sayhello@zemannewyork.com. The Customer must provide detailed information regarding the defects and keep the original Product packaging and the parcel in the condition in which it was received, and otherwise follow the instructions provided by the Client Services representative. Client Services will then begin an investigation with FedEx.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges. Defective items will be replaced or a refund offered if no replacement is available.
How to return an order:
1. Email sayhello@zemannewyork.comwith your shipping information and the reason for the return. If your product is defective, please take a picture of the defective product and attach it to your email as reference.
2. We will contact you within 1-2 business days with instructions.
Note: the exchange process usually takes around 1-2 weeks (depending on shipping times).
